Fall Has Arrived!

I love this time of year!  The weather starts to get cool which (to me) creates a much more relaxing atmosphere. 

The last weekend of October has been tons of fun! We had Pop, Grammie, Aunt Annalise, Aunt Dawn with Mr Chip & Charlie girl (dog), Aunt Kathy with Conor & Aschton, and Aunt Lora, Uncle Jeremy & Emme over to carve pumpkins on Saturday. We did some serious pumpkin carving - felt like 5 hours worth of pumpkin seeds, pumpkin pieces, little pumpkin carving kits... everywhere! That night, our culdesac had our annual "bonfire" (aka fire pit) in the middle of the street, the kids ran and played while we relaxed by the fire.

October 31st - tons of fun!  Aunt Lora & Uncle Jeremy's neighborhood has a huge block party, starting at 4pm.  We gathered with tons of families and tons of food/drinks and hung out in the streets while the kids played.  We then headed back to Aunt Lora's house and stopped a few houses that left their porch lights on - kids ran and ran and ran :)
