What a week! The Kohlenstein Family (6 adults, 3 kids) and The Markley Family (5 adults, 1 kid) all packed in one house for a week at the beach. The house on E 2nd Street in Ocean Isle Beach, NC had the perfect view of the beach with the perfect path, along with our own little (and I mean little) pool.
Owen & Camden had the most wonderful vacation. They loved giving baby Austin attention and loved playing with cousin Jack. We hit the beach every morning and the pool at least 3 times a day. We rented bikes and the kids loved riding on the back as we cruised around town.
I managed to run 2 miles, 3 miles, and then 8 miles (my longest run to date)... all while enjoying the beach, relaxing, and drinking a few cocktails with delicious food.We even managed to find a photographer to shoot family pictures on the beach near the pier and sand dunes (or should I say sand dune).
