Since returning home from the beach, we have kept Owen & Cammie very busy with friends and fun. We spent a morning at Latta Park in Dilworth. They have a wonderful splash fountain that the kids just loved. Of course, I'm the mom that let them get wet in their clothes (or lack of - Cammie goes shirtless).
We had a visit from Poppy & Grammy for the 4th of July holiday, which we spent playing in the water. It was Aunt Lora's birthday, so we went to Miss Jenny's house to celebrate (cookout and desert) and the kids got to play with baby Emme in the baby pool. Cammie is sorry for dumping water on your head, she's just very eager for you to start swimming.
We took the lightrail uptown with Miss Jennifer and Ella & Aiden (Owen's friends) to walk around and eat lunch at Brixx. The train ride home was L O N G when you have two very sleepy kids.
