Big girl turns 3! It started with Cammie sleeping in until 8:15am - after the weekend she had traveling with daddy, who could blame her. We brought carrot cupcakes for her to share with her school friends as they celebrated her birthday. Cammie decided not to eat one with her friends. After a morning of school, an afternoon of swim lessons, she was exhausted. We waiting semi-patiently until daddy come home from work so we could celebrate her birthday!
Cammie insisted "mommy, I open presents first before cupcakes". Sounds good to us - out came the presents wrapped in Dora wrapping paper. She keeps insisting on a Dora birthday party and well, the $4 wrapping paper was the best I could offer regarding Dora. She was thrilled with her new additions for her dollhouse, dora pj's, dress-up items, etc. Then we turned out the lights, but a cupcake in front of Cammie and Owen and sang a very loud happy birthday as Cammie just smiled. She blew out her candle and ate half her carrot cupcake.
We can't believe our little girl is now 3 years old!
